Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized items
• Discounted or sale items (final sale)
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, tarnishing, or use

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
